As a member of the BES Staff, I teach Physical Education and Health classes. This year I have the 4th grade students for Health. I graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelors of Science in Health & Physical Education. After many years, I decided to continue my education at the University of Scranton where I earned a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership.
My goal is to engage the students in activities and to make fitness a fun part of their everyday life. Classes include opportunities to develop skills, participate in games, and to enhance the child's overall fitness level.
In my free time, I enjoy many different activities. I love to jog on the Paulinskill trail and hike on the Appalachian Trail. You might also see me fly-fishing on a stream or enjoying a day of skiing at one of our nearby mountains.
Being active has always been a major part of my life. It is my hope that I can instill that same passion in my students.
